1 Yellow Onion
2 Tbsp. Ginger, fresh, peeled and grated
1/4 cup Lemon Juice, fresh organic
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1 cup Soy Sauce, organic, gluten-free
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or processor, and blend until smooth. Remove the sauce from the processor, and chill at least a few hours, to overnight, as it allows all of the flavors to incorporate. The dipping sauce can be served cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!
