3/4 cup Mango (fresh or frozen)
1/2 Tbsp. Gnger, freshly grated
1/2 cup Spinach (or a combination of kale, cilantro, or your favorite green)
1 tsp. Honey or Agave Nectar
3/4 cup Coconut milk (or coconut water, to desired thickness)
Place the liquid first and add the mango until smooth. Then add the ginger and the greens. Depending on the sweetness of the fruit, you may want to add a little more or less of the honey or agave. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a slice of mango. Enjoy!
