3 Avocados, ripe organic
1 Tomato, medium, seeded & chopped
1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
2 Tbsp. Chili, diced (optional)
1/3 cup Cilantro, fresh organic, chopped
1/2 - 1 Lime, juiced
Salt & Pepper
Cut avocados in half and remove seed. You can cut the avocado in the half shell, doing criss-cross cuts, and then scoop in out with a spoon. Add the other ingredients, and gently mix if you want to keep the avocados chunky. If you want to make it smoother, then mix more thoroughly. Add add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite chip, or one of the healthy crackers here on this site. Enjoy!
