Balancing All of You ~
Even if one is conscious of everything that they do towards being healthy, it is possible to still have imbalances within the body, mind, and emotions. Over the course of the weekend there are a variety of things which help to create brighter health. Everything is designed to work holistically and gentle with where you are at, at this moment.
The retreats include Hypnotherapy/Guided Imagery Journeys, meditation, Energy Balancing, Therapeutic Art, Massage Therapy, body detoxification (through body scrubs & masks, and healthy food & snacks, throughout the weekend or course of the retreat). The event winds down with a closing sacred sunset fire ceremony.
Whether you go away on a scheduled retreat, or create this sacred space for yourself at home, it is a highly suggested thing to do periodically.
