3 Tbsp. Dry Mustard
2 Tbsp. Hot Water
1/2 cup Soy Sauce or Tamari, organic
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds, toasted
1 Garlic Glove, organic
In a small bowl, blend the mustard and water into a paste. Pour the paste into a blender, add the remaining ingredients, and process until smooth, for about a minute or so. Remove the sauce from the processor and chill, allowing all of the flavors to incorporate. It will stay fresh for several days if refrigerated. The dipping sauce can be served cold or at room temperature. Enjoy!
