1 cup Peanuts, organic, roasted (non-GMO)
1/4 cup Tamari Sauce, gluten-free (or gluten free soy sauce)
1/8 cup Spring Water
3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar (unseasoned, gluten free)
1 tbsp. Oil (organic, mild or no flavor)
1 tsp. Date Sugar, organic
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
Blend the peanuts in a processor until smooth, adding a little of the liquid to help. Add the rest of the tamari, and vinegar, red pepper flakes, and blend until very smooth, adding enough water to reach the desired consistency. Remove the sauce from the processor, and place it in a bowl. Slice the garlic thinly, and chop the green onion, adding them to the bowl. Mix until blended. This sauce is best done at least an hour before serving, as it allows all of the flavors to incorporate. The dipping sauce can be served cold or at room temperature.
