1/3 cup Olive Oil (organic, light, extra virgin)
1/4 cup Spring Water
2 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar (organic)
1 cup Raspberries, fresh organic
1 tsp. Thyme, fresh organic, chopped fine
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Freshly ground Pepper
Place all of the ingredients in a food processor. Adjust to taste. You may want to add more liquid, or raspberries. Put it in a jar and shake. Chill it for at least an hour.
