1/4 cup Tamari Sauce, gluten-free, organic
1/8 cup Spring Water
3 Tbsp. Rice Vinegar (unseasoned, gluten free)
1 Tbsp. Oil (organic, flavor-free)
1 tsp. Date Sugar, organic
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 cup Green Onion (Scallions), chopped
Mix the Tamari and Vinegar together in a bowl. Slice the garlic thinly, and chop the green onion. Add them and the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, and mix. It can be served cold or at room temperature.
